| Open Exhibit through Spring 2008: "Creative Writing" Samplers Exhibit - Needlework Samplers from the Salem County Historic Society Collection. The exhibit may be seen during the Museum's regular hours from noon until 4pm Tuesdays through Saturday. |

Salem County Historical Society receives General Operating Support from the New Jersey Historical Commission, a division of Cultural Affairs in the Department of State. The Society’s exhibitions and programs are supported by a grant from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, Dept. of State, and the New Jersey Historical Commission, a division of Cultural Affairs in the Department of State, both through the Salem County Cultural and Heritage Commission/Salem County Board of Chosen Freeholders.
Holiday Closings
The Society will be closed on the following holidays:
Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
NOTE: In the case of inclement weather, when the Salem City Schools are closed for weather emergencies, the Society will be closed.
