Open Exhibit through Spring 2008: "Creative Writing" Samplers Exhibit - Needlework Samplers from the Salem County Historic Society Collection. The exhibit may be seen during the Museum's regular hours from noon until 4pm Tuesdays through Saturday.

Salem County Historical Society receives General Operating Support from the New Jersey Historical Commission, a division of Cultural Affairs in the Department of State. The Society’s exhibitions and programs are supported by a grant from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, Dept. of State, and the New Jersey Historical Commission, a division of Cultural Affairs in the Department of State, both through the Salem County Cultural and Heritage Commission/Salem County Board of Chosen Freeholders.




Holiday Closings
The Society will be closed on the following holidays:
Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
NOTE: In the case of inclement weather, when the Salem City Schools are closed for weather emergencies, the Society will be closed.
